Everything you need to know about buybacks, testing, warranty, payment and delivery.
No. We buy back graphics cards, processors, RAM, SSDs, motherboards and complete PCs. If you are unsure, fill in the form and we will reply.
Fill in the form. We check the model and condition and send you an offer. You send the component, and after testing you receive payment and a document. Testing takes 1–2 working days, and if the test is successful we pay right away. You can also trade in for one of our products.
Every used graphics card is cleaned, fitted with new thermal pads and put through a stress test, checks with real software and games, and temperature and stability tests.
We cannot guarantee that a used card is completely free of coil whine, but we check everything else on the card, including temperatures under load.
The graphics cards in our shop are second-hand, tested and checked. For PC builds, we offer new or used components depending on the quote.
Yes. We build PCs around your budget and goals — gaming, office, video editing, 3D and AI. Submit a configuration request and receive a quote.
All components and assembled PCs come with a 12-month warranty. For an extra fee, the warranty can be extended by another 12 months (24 in total) or another 24 months (36 in total).
Cash on delivery, bank transfer against a proforma invoice, or card. Payments over €5,113 can only be made by bank transfer or card.
Yes, in Bulgaria we can offer instalment payments. Contact us for details.
Cash on delivery with the “inspect and test” option adds courier fees (shipment insurance, a cash-on-delivery fee and shipping). With a bank transfer, these fees do not apply.
We ship with Econt (preferred) and Speedy, to an office or to your address, as you choose. Delivery time depends on product availability, and we will confirm it when you order. Shipping is usually paid by the customer.
Yes, we ship anywhere in the EU. Price and delivery time depend on the region. Instalment payments are available in Bulgaria only.
Yes, we issue company invoices. Please provide your company details when you order.
