How do I find my previous orders?
Sign in with the email you used at checkout and open My orders. If an order is missing, contact us with its order number.
Where are my quotes and enquiries?
Quotes for PC builds, buybacks and services are sent by email. An enquiry is not an order and does not appear in your order history.
How do I change the address on an existing order?
Profile address changes apply to future purchases. For an existing order, contact us as soon as possible so we can check whether its delivery can be changed.
