Returns within 14 days

If you buy online as a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. This also applies to used or discounted products, unless a statutory exception applies.

How to return a product

Notify us with a clear statement at office@re-tech.bg or at the address below. Include your name, the product and the order number or another proof of purchase. Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. We will send you instructions and a return shipping label. Contact us for assistance; your right of withdrawal does not depend on prior approval.

Condition and transport

You may examine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. If you use it beyond what is necessary for that examination, you may be liable for its diminished value. Opening the packaging alone does not remove your right of withdrawal.

Pack the equipment safely, preferably in its original packaging and with suitable antistatic protection. Include the accessories you received. For withdrawal without a defect, the customer bears the direct return costs, unless we have agreed otherwise or did not inform you of these costs before purchase. We honour return commitments already made to you. Do not send goods cash on delivery without an agreement.

Refunds

We refund the amounts due, including standard initial delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof that you have sent them back, whichever comes first. Any extra cost for delivery more expensive than standard delivery is not refunded.

We use the original payment method unless we expressly agree on another method at no additional cost to you. For cash-on-delivery purchases, we will agree on the refund method.

Defects, incorrect products and warranty

For a defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered product, email office@re-tech.bg with a description and your order number. Photos help us assess the issue. For a valid claim, RE-Tech covers the necessary transport costs.

The 14-day right of withdrawal is separate from your rights in the event of non-conformity. The RE-Tech commercial warranty stated for the product supplements and does not restrict your statutory rights.

Exceptions

Only exceptions provided by law apply, including goods genuinely made to individual specifications or clearly personalised. The label “on request” alone does not exclude the right of withdrawal.
