Questions
How do I pack my PC?
Ideally in the case's original box. Otherwise use a carton with at least 5 cm of padding on every side. If the graphics card is longer than 30 cm or heavy, take it out and pack it separately in an anti-static bag — or tell us and we'll help. Don't send the monitor, cables or peripherals.
Who pays for the courier?
For services from 45 € we pay, both ways. Below 45 € the courier is charged at the Econt/Speedy tariff. When we install a graphics card you bought from us, we always pay.
What if you find a bigger problem?
We stop and call you with a price. If you decline the repair, you only pay for the diagnostics and the courier.
Will you touch my files?
No. We work on the hardware and don't open your personal files. Never send us passwords. If you want a fresh Windows install, back up your data first — or add “File transfer”.
How long does it take?
2–3 working days from when we receive it. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you the wait before ordering.
Can I bring it in person?
Right now we work by courier only — Econt or Speedy, from anywhere in Bulgaria.
What warranty do I get?
3 months on the work: if the issue we fixed comes back, we fix it again for free and pay the courier.
